CALL FOR PAPERS

The Athens University of Economics and Business, Athens, Greece, York University, Toronto, Canada and the Athenian Policy Forum, Inc. are pleased to announce that a fifth biennial conference will be held in Athens, Greece, August 25-27, 2000.

The theme of the millennium conference will be "The Global Economy: Challenges and Opportunities for the 21st Century". The conference will continue the program of work which has been ongoing with great success since 1992, and has resulted in eleven major publications to date, the most recent under the imprint of the APF PRESS, the publishing arm of the Athenian Policy Forum.

The organizers will be pleased to consider submissions on any topic, theoretical or empirical, relevant to the overall theme.

The conference will be held in Athens from August 25-27, 2000. The PROGRAM is now available.  For those whose papers are accepted accommodation and meals will be covered by the Athens University of Economics and Business, but participants should take care of their own travel expenses.

Please submit a 250 word abstract by March 15, 2000 to:
