The APF announces that has embarked into a research program of more frequent and smaller conferences - symposia, colloquia - centered around groups of scholars who might be commissioned to operate under the auspices of their own institutions and the APF.  These small conferences would feed to the biennial international conferences.  Such conferences must maintain the theme of globalization and the notion of "unequal" or "asymmetry" developed by previous publications of the APF.
